Q3 Is Over. Do You Know Where Your Inventory Is? The 5 Best Business Management Systems for Resellers in 2026

Q4 is the quarter that pays for the year. Here are the five systems worth your time, what each one is built to do, what it costs, and who it fits.

Hero graphic reading "Q3 is over. Do you know where your inventory is?" with tagged boxes and a Q4 calendar.

It's October. Q3 is in the books, and Q4 is the quarter that pays for the year. Holiday shoppers, estate-sale season, booth traffic and gift buyers all land between now and New Year's. Then January brings tax time.

So, quick gut check. Could you tell me, right now, how many items you own, where each one sits, what you paid for it, and which ones are already sold?

If the honest answer involves a spreadsheet, a notebook, three apps and a shoebox of receipts, you're not alone. When Ronati surveyed hundreds of antique dealers, most were still running on spreadsheets, word documents and handwritten notes. That works until it doesn't, and it usually stops working in November.

The right business management software for resellers fixes that. But “reseller software” covers everything from a $9.99 phone tracker to a full back office. Below are the five systems worth your time in 2026, what each one is actually built to do, what it costs, and who it fits.

Full disclosure: SOLD Now publishes this blog, and SOLD Now is on the list. I'm a reseller first (I run Marissa's Home, a vintage kitchenware and décor business), and I built SOLD Now because I couldn't find one place to run the whole thing. Every competitor's pricing and features below come from their own websites as of October 2026. Where another tool is the better pick for you, I'll say so.

First, know which job you're hiring software for

Five cards showing the five kinds of reseller software and the question each one answers.

Most “best reseller app” lists compare crosslisters to bookkeeping tools to pricing scanners as if they were the same thing. They aren't. Reseller software falls into five groups, and each answers a different question:

  1. All-in-one business systems run the whole operation: inventory, booths, sales, invoices, shipping, books and customers.
  2. Antique and vintage catalogues document one-of-a-kind stock the way dealers actually work.
  3. Crosslisters push one listing to many marketplaces and delist it everywhere when it sells.
  4. Bookkeeping and trackers tell you what you made, what you spent and what you owe.
  5. Pricing tools tell you what an item is and what to charge for it.

Pick the group first. Then pick the product. A great crosslister won't fix a booth you can't reconcile, and a great bookkeeping app won't list a single item.

The 5 best business management systems for resellers in 2026

Grid comparing five reseller systems across eight business jobs, from inventory to CRM and marketing.

We scored each system on eight jobs every resale business has to do: inventory, sourcing and mileage, crosslisting, booths and consignment, invoices and payments, shipping labels, books and P&L, and CRM and marketing. Full support earns 2 points, partial earns 1.

No. 1SOLD Now: best all-in-one system for vintage, antique and booth resellers

Price: free Bronze plan; Silver $19.99/mo for CRM, marketing and shipping; Gold $39.99/mo for full reseller management (inventory, booths, invoicing, crosslisting) · Coverage score: 15/16 (partial on crosslisting)

SOLD Now is built for resellers, by resellers. It covers the second half of the business that the other tools on this list skip: multi-booth stock and venue statements, consignment splits that reconcile, invoices with your own layouts, payment links and QR codes, carrier shipping labels at live rates, sales tax by state registration, a full customer CRM with wishlists and events, and email and SMS campaigns. It also runs Raid Trains, a schedule of Whatnot sellers going live back to back so each show sends its audience to the next, and it gives you your own online store and a Digital Business Card that buyers reach from the QR code on your price tags.

  • Strengths: the only system here that handles booths, invoices, shipping, tax, CRM and marketing together; sourcing trips with mileage; custom label and tag designer; team roles and permissions; AI that drafts items, researches pricing and builds reports.
  • Trade-offs: eBay and Etsy connect directly, so listings publish and sync from SOLD Now. For Whatnot and Facebook Marketplace and Groups, SOLD Now prepares the listing (photos, title, description and price) ready to upload or paste, because those platforms don't let outside apps post listings for you. Every crosslister runs into the same limit; the ones that list to more marketplaces do it with a browser extension that does the clicking for you. If Poshmark, Mercari or Depop are your main channels, pair SOLD Now with a dedicated crosslister. Mobile works through the browser and camera rather than a native app. Some features, including AI, sit on higher plans.
  • Pick it if: you sell in a booth or mall as well as online, ship to repeat buyers, and want your own online store and a customer list (CRM) in the same place as your inventory, instead of fourteen apps that don't talk to each other.

Try SOLD Now free on the Bronze plan and see your whole business in one place.

No. 2Ronati Studio: best for high-end antique dealers who catalogue and present stock

Price: Free · $49 · $99+/mo · Coverage score: 7/16

Ronati is the most established name in antiques software, with around 1,200 registered customers and a dealer network in the US and UK. Studio lets dealers photograph and document pieces with voice dictation, then share them as branded PDF tear sheets. It understands that dealers hold a thousand unique pieces, not one item a thousand times.

  • Strengths: real standing in the antiques trade; tear sheets that suit gallery-level selling; a marketplace-management heritage through Ronati's eCommerce Manager.
  • Trade-offs: no invoicing, shipping, tax, CRM or marketing; the highest entry price on this list for mostly cataloguing and presentation.
  • Pick it if: you sell high-ticket antiques to collectors and designers, and documentation matters more than operations.

No. 3Vendoo: best crosslister for online, marketplace-heavy sellers

Price: Free (5 items) · $14.99 / $29.99 / $59.99 per month · Coverage score: 5/16

Vendoo is the default answer to “which crosslister?” It pushes listings to ten marketplaces (eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, Grailed, Whatnot, Vestiaire Collective and Shopify), detects the sale, and delists everywhere else. Most of those connections run through a browser extension that posts on your behalf, rather than a direct connection with the marketplace. Every paid tier includes unlimited items.

  • Strengths: more marketplaces than anyone else here; auto-delist; strong brand and support content.
  • Trade-offs: apparel-first; no booths, invoicing, CRM, shipping or tax. It depends on marketplace integrations it doesn't control.
  • Pick it if: you sell clothing and accessories online and reach matters more than anything else.

No. 4My Reseller Genie: best bookkeeping software for resellers

Price: $9.99–$19.99/mo · Coverage score: 5/16

Built by resellers Paul and Faith in 2021, My Reseller Genie connects eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Whatnot and your bank to sync sales, expenses, refunds and inventory. Cost of goods, P&L and tax reports are the core, and reseller communities widely rate it the best tool for the job.

  • Strengths: real bank feeds, not a spreadsheet; best-in-class P&L; priced to sit alongside other tools.
  • Trade-offs: it tracks the business but doesn't help run it: no listing, customers, invoicing or operations.
  • Pick it if: your selling works fine and you just need clean books by tax time.

No. 5Flippd: best budget inventory and profit tracker

Price: Free (20 items) · $9.99/mo or $99.99/yr · Coverage score: 7/16

Flippd is an honest, mobile-first tracker that says plainly it is not a crosslister. It tracks true profit after fees across 15+ platforms, scans barcodes against a 790-million-product database, logs mileage and expenses, prints labels, and stores locations three levels deep (booth, shelf, bin).

  • Strengths: the best value on this list; a pre-purchase profit calculator for sourcing trips; storage locations that match how booths really work.
  • Trade-offs: no listing, customers, invoicing or fulfilment, so you'll still need other tools to sell.
  • Pick it if: you're early in your business, watching every dollar, and want stock and profit on your phone.

Honorable mentions

  • List Perfectly (opens in a new tab) — Vendoo's main crosslisting rival, $29–$249+/mo; most serious sellers need the $69 Pro plan for syncing and analytics.
  • ReliqueTrack (opens in a new tab) — a new booth-vendor inventory app from $15/mo with barcode scanning and thermal labels. Its sister product, Relique Ledger, sells settlement software to antique malls.
  • PocketPrice (opens in a new tab) — photo pricing for antique and resale vendors that reads maker's marks; free to $49.99/mo. A pricing tool, not a business system.
  • Sell Savie (opens in a new tab) — no subscription; you pay a commission only when an item sells. Lists to eBay, Poshmark and Depop.

Where your money goes furthest

Chart showing that the most expensive tool does not cover the most business jobs.

Price and coverage don't line up. Ronati costs the most at $49 a month and covers 7 of 16 points. Flippd and My Reseller Genie both start at $9.99 and cover 7 and 5. SOLD Now Gold covers 15 of 16 for $39.99: less than Ronati's price, for more than twice the coverage. The cheapest tool is a great deal for the one job it does, and a poor deal if you need five jobs done.

The hidden cost: stacking subscriptions

Bar chart comparing a four-app subscription stack at $39.96 a month with SOLD Now Gold at $39.99.

Most resellers don't buy one tool. They buy a crosslister, then a bookkeeping app, then a tracker, then a pricing scanner. At entry prices that's $14.99 + $9.99 + $9.99 + $4.99 = $39.96 a month, about $480 a year. And that stack still has no invoicing, no carrier labels, no customer list, no email marketing and no booth or consignment statements. For about the same $40 a month, SOLD Now Gold covers the first four, and Platinum adds booth and consignment statement import.

Before you compare sticker prices, add up what you already pay. Then ask which jobs are still done by hand.

Which system fits you?

Decision flow matching five reseller situations to the best-fit system.

Start with whatever eats the most hours in your week, and spend there first:

  • Listing is the bottleneck, and you sell online across many apps: Vendoo (or List Perfectly at higher volume).
  • Tax time is the nightmare: My Reseller Genie.
  • You're just starting and need to know what you own and what you made: Flippd.
  • You sell to collectors and designers who expect a tear sheet: Ronati Studio.
  • You run booths, sell online across many apps, ship to repeat buyers, send invoices and want to market to your regulars: SOLD Now.

If two or three of those describe you, that's your sign you've outgrown single-job tools.

Your Q4 inventory checklist (do this before November)

Whichever system you choose, these six steps get you ready for the busiest quarter:

  • Count what you own. Every booth, shelf, bin and storage unit. Unlogged items can't sell and can't be deducted.
  • Attach a cost to every item. Your cost of goods drives your profit and your taxes.
  • Clear the death pile. Price it, list it, or donate it and log the write-off.
  • Reconcile your booth and mall statements against what you think sold in Q3.
  • Log Q3 mileage and sourcing trips while the receipts still exist.
  • Add up your app subscriptions. Cancel what overlaps, and fill the gaps before holiday traffic hits.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best business management software for resellers in 2026?

It depends on the job. For an all-in-one system covering booths, invoicing, shipping, bookkeeping and customers, SOLD Now covers the most ground. For crosslisting alone, Vendoo leads. For bookkeeping alone, My Reseller Genie is the community favorite.

What's the best inventory software for antique dealers?

Ronati Studio suits high-end dealers who catalogue and present pieces. SOLD Now suits dealers who also run booths, consignment, invoicing and repeat-customer marketing. ReliqueTrack is a newer, lower-cost option for booth vendors.

Do I need a crosslister and a business management system?

Only if you sell heavily on marketplaces an all-in-one system doesn't cover. SOLD Now connects directly to eBay and Etsy, and prepares ready-to-post listings for Whatnot and Facebook. No tool has direct access to every marketplace: most crosslisters reach Poshmark, Mercari and Depop through a browser extension that posts for you. If those marketplaces drive your sales, pair SOLD Now with a crosslister.

Is there free software for resellers?

Yes. SOLD Now, Ronati Studio, Vendoo and Flippd all offer free plans with limits, and Sell Savie charges only when an item sells. SOLD Now's free Bronze plan doesn't send email or SMS campaigns; those start on a paid plan.

How do I track inventory across multiple booths?

Use a system with storage locations or booth support. Flippd tracks locations three levels deep; SOLD Now adds multi-booth stock numbers and venue statements that reconcile with your mall.

How we compared, and sources

Pricing and features are as published on each company's website in September and October 2026, and they change often. Coverage scores come from the SOLD Now Competitor Comparison v4; full support scores 2, partial 1, not offered 0. Scores reflect published features, not hands-on testing of every plan.
