For antique dealers & booth vendors

The antique booth inventory app built by a booth dealer.

SOLD Now is inventory software for antique dealers who sell from one booth or several. It tracks every one-of-a-kind piece from the estate sale to the sale: what you paid, which booth it's in, what it's tagged at, and what you actually made once rent and commission come out. Your booths, shows, and online shops all live in one inventory, so nothing gets sold twice and nothing gets lost.

Sound familiar?

Running a booth shouldn't mean a highlighter and a headache.

Your monthly mall statement lists booth codes you can't match to anything, so you're up late with a highlighter.
You honestly don't know if your second booth is earning its rent or eating it.
A piece sells at the booth, and two days later someone buys it on eBay too.
A shopper makes an offer and you can't remember what you paid.
Inventory day means a clipboard, a spreadsheet, and a lot of squinting at shelves.

We've been there. That's why we built SOLD Now.

How it works

How SOLD Now runs your antique booth.

Every piece gets one record that follows it from the haul to the payout, whichever booth, show, or shop it sells from.

01

Every booth gets its own place

Each booth is its own location in SOLD Now, with its own listings, prices, quantities, and statuses. The same piece can sit in Booth 14 at one price and be listed on eBay at another, and you always know where it is and what it's tagged at.

Taking a load to the booth? Select the items and create all their booth listings at once.

02

Tag it once, and the tag works for you

Print price tags in your booth's tag format, with a stock number and barcode on every piece. Each tag also carries the QR code for your free Digital Business Card, so the shopper who buys a mixing bowl today can find you, save your contact, and join your mailing list long after they've left the mall.

03

Turn the mall statement into sales in minutes

Upload your booth or consignment statement as a PDF or CSV and SOLD Now reads it for you. It matches each line to your items, even when the mall prints its own booth codes in the description, and skips sales you've already recorded.

Commission, fees, and booth rent come off the top, so the final number matches the check the mall actually paid you.

Know if your booth earns its rent

Log booth rent and supplies as business expenses, and every sale already carries what you paid for the piece. See real profit by item, by month, and by location, so you can tell which booth is working, which one needs a refresh, and which one should go.

Walk your booth with a checklist, not a clipboard

The Location Audit report lists everything that should be in a booth right now, with its stock number, description, quantity, price, and the date it was listed, plus a Found box to tick as you walk the shelves. Print it or download it as a spreadsheet. A full booth comes through in one run.

Sold at the booth? Your online listings keep up.

One inventory covers your booths, live shows, and marketplaces. When a piece sells somewhere and you're out of stock, its eBay and Etsy listings end automatically, so you don't sell the same Pyrex bowl twice.

Find any piece in seconds

Give every item a bin location before you load the car. When someone asks, "Do you have any Butterprint?", you look it up and go straight to the right bin instead of digging through twelve.

Start a sourcing trip, snap the receipt, and SOLD Now splits the cost across every piece in the haul and logs the trip's miles. By the time a piece hits the booth, its true cost is already recorded.

From our booths to yours

Before SOLD Now was software, it was how we ran our booths.

I'm Marissa. SOLD Now started as the way we run Marissa's Home: vintage kitchenware and décor at two booths, Lone Star Mercantile in Allen and The Crush Warehouse in Plano, plus Whatnot, eBay, Etsy, and in-person shows.

At the Texas Pyrex Swap, every piece we brought was tagged, priced, and assigned a bin in SOLD Now before we left the house. Checkout ran through QR-code invoices, and when someone wanted to haggle, I already knew my cost.

What dealers say

Built for one-of-a-kind inventory.

"We specialize in ONE-of-a-KIND inventory, SoldNow understands that!! Each item can be logged ONCE with its details, cost, and location, then tracked as it moves from 'in stock' to 'sold.'"

MD

"As a reseller, we wear EVERY hat when it comes to our business. We are not just one place, we are EVERYWHERE: a booth at an antique mall, hosting a handful of live shows a month, and direct sales to repeat clients."

Questions

Antique booth inventory FAQ

What's the best way to track inventory in an antique booth?

Give every piece a stock number, record what you paid, and assign it to the booth it's in. Then match sales from your mall statement back to those stock numbers. A spreadsheet can do this for a few dozen pieces. Once you have hundreds of one-of-a-kind items or more than one booth, an inventory app like SOLD Now saves hours and catches mistakes.

Can I track more than one antique booth?

Yes. Each booth is its own location with its own listings and prices, and your reports show sales and profit for each one separately.

Does SOLD Now work with my antique mall's system?

SOLD Now doesn't need to connect to the mall's software. You print your own tags, and when the monthly statement arrives, you upload it as a PDF or CSV. SOLD Now matches the sales to your items, including the mall's own booth codes. (Statement import is on Platinum.)

How do I know if my antique booth is profitable?

Add up what your booth sold, then subtract what you paid for those pieces, the mall's commission and fees, and your rent. SOLD Now does this automatically when you log rent as a business expense, so you see real profit per booth every month.

Can I use the same inventory for my booth and eBay or Etsy?

Yes. One item can be listed at your booth and online at different prices. When it sells and you're out of stock, its eBay and Etsy listings end automatically.

Is there a free version?

Yes. Bronze is free forever and includes the Digital Business Card. The booth tools on this page start on Gold at $39.99 a month, with a 30-day free trial.
